- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will result in forfeiture of the full payment.
- If JKTours PTY must cancel due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you’ll be offered the option to reschedule or receive a credit for future use.
Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
- All tour and transportation services require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance is due on the day of the service and may be paid in cash, PayPal, or bank transfer.
- Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without prior notice, though confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.

3. Transportation Policy
- Clients must be ready at the agreed pickup time and location. A waiting fee of $20 USD will be charged for every 30 minutes of delay.
- Transportation services include reasonable luggage space. Please notify us in advance of any special luggage needs or accessibility requirements.
4. Liability & Conduct
- Clients participate in tours and transportation services at their own risk.
- JKTours PTY is not responsible for personal belongings lost or left behind.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately or in a way that compromises safety.
5. Health & Safety
- Clients must inform JKTours PTY of any medical conditions or special requirements prior to the tour.
- Compliance with local health regulations is required.
6. Photos & Video
- Your guide may photograph or film the tour. How we use images of you depends on the choice you make when you book. See Photos & Video below.
Photos & Video
During your tour, your guide may take photos and short videos of the experience, and some may include you and your group. When you book, you choose whether we may feature you in our content. The booking form starts at “Yes, feature us,” and you can switch it to no before you send it.
- If you say yes, JK Tours Panama may use these photos and videos to promote our tours on our website, blog, social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube), Google Business Profile, and printed materials, with no payment owed to you.
- If you say no, we will still gladly take photos for you to keep, but we won’t use them in our marketing. You can also tell your guide on the day of your tour.
- We will never sell your images to third parties, and we won’t use your full name without asking you first.
- Changed your mind? Email kiah@jktourspty.com at any time and we’ll remove content you appear in from the channels we control within 7 days. Content that has already been printed or shared by others can’t always be recalled.
- Children: a parent or guardian booking for a child under 18 makes this choice on the child’s behalf and can change it the same way.
- Your photos: if you tag @jktourspty or send us photos from your tour, you allow us to repost them with credit to you.
Privacy Policy
JKTours PTY respects your privacy and protects your personal data.
- Information collected is used only to provide requested services.
- We do not share or sell your personal data to third parties.
- Photos and videos taken on tour are handled as described in Photos & Video.
- Your data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary.

For transportation bookings, please notify us in advance of any special luggage or accessibility requirements so we can prepare accordingly.
