Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will result in forfeiture of the full payment.
• If JKTours PTY must cancel due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you’ll be offered the option to reschedule or receive a credit for future use.

Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

• All tour and transportation services require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of the service and may be paid in cash, PayPal, or bank transfer.
• Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without prior notice, though confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.

3. Transportation Policy

• Clients must be ready at the agreed pickup time and location. A waiting fee of $20 USD will be charged for every 30 minutes of delay.
• Transportation services include reasonable luggage space. Please notify us in advance of any special luggage needs or accessibility requirements.

4. Liability & Conduct

• Clients participate in tours and transportation services at their own risk.
• JKTours PTY is not responsible for personal belongings lost or left behind.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately or in a way that compromises safety.

5. Health & Safety

• Clients must inform JKTours PTY of any medical conditions or special requirements prior to the tour.
• Compliance with local health regulations is required.

Privacy Policy

• Information collected is used only to provide requested services.
• We do not share or sell your personal data to third parties.
• Your data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary.
